Dennis Morajda - Consultant
Dennis Morajda, Consultant has been a consultant with PDII for seven years. His practice specialties focus on change management, organizational culture, survey design and implementation, and statistical analysis. He has assisted clients to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism, build effective teams, and change organizational culture. He also has experience in group process facilitation, continuous improvement, and training and development.
Dennis has worked extensively with Marsh, Inc. and Marsh Risk Consulting to develop / administer diagnostic methods for identifying and solving human resource problems. These methods include employee attitude surveys measuring safety and work cultures for internal Marsh business units and outside clientele in the transportation, retail, light manufacturing, and healthcare industries.
Dennis has a Masters of Science of Industrial Relations with a concentration in Organizational Development from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to his work at PDII, Dennis was responsible for Human Resource, sales, marketing, and service / operations during his five years as an Account Manager with a national temporary staffing service.
